1. Introduction
These terms govern the use of our site for selecting protective coverage solutions tailored for pensioners. By using Pensionara at pensionera.tech, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Our Offerings
2.1 Advisory Services
We provide personalized advisory packages to help seniors choose suitable protective coverage options.
2.2 Digital Guides and Tutorials
Our digital resources include e-books, video tutorials, and informational articles designed for easy download and access.
2.3 Physical Materials
We supply printed guidebooks and related materials for offline use.
3. Fees and Payments
All fees for services, digital items, and materials are listed at the point of purchase. Acceptable methods for settling fees are detailed on the order page.
4. Refund Policy
At Pensionara, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. Our refund terms differ by offering type:
- Advisory Services: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no advisory session has been delivered. Requests after session scheduling are not eligible. Approved refunds are processed via the original fee method within 10 business days. Transfer of your advisory slot to another date is possible upon request before the session date.
- Digital Guides and Tutorials: Given the nature of downloadable materials, all sales are final once download is initiated. We do not offer refunds after delivery.
- Physical Materials: You may return unopened guidebooks within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the guidebook fee within 10 business days or allow you to platform for a different item.
5. Modification and Transfer
You may request to reschedule advisory sessions or transfer ordered materials to another recipient. Such requests must be submitted via our contact form. Transfer is subject to availability and must be made at least 3 days before the original session date or shipping date.
